SHIPPING PROCESS
1. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been received. You will also be given an order number that will allow you to check your order status. If necessary you can contact us by email [email protected] or by phone at: 088-088-3614 during office hours (Mon-Fri) 9am - 5pm. (except public holidays) or e-mail : [email protected]
2. Company staff will contact customers to confirm date and time of the delivery as well as the shipping address on the purchase order.
3. Delivery time – Customers in Bangkok and the surrounding areas (Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom) will receive orders within 1-3 business days. And for other provinces beside Bangkok and the surrounding areas will receive orders in 3-7 days after receiving the payment confirmation from the company.
4. Shipping fee are based on merchandise's weight.

3.01-10.00 kg. 60 Baht
10.01-30.00 kg. 80 Baht
30 kg. up 150 Baht
5. Return Policy – We do not accept returns, except in the case of defective goods or if the product delivered does not match the order receipt. If the wrong item is delivered, the customer must not sign for the order and return the product immediately.
6. In the case that a customer cannot arrange for delivery within 3-5 days, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
7. If there is nobody present at the shipping location to receive and sign for the order, it we will assess an additional 100 baht delivery fee and attempt delivery again the next day. If the order is not received at the second delivery attempt, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
8. Potential causes for delayed shipping:
  • Incorrect shipping information.
  • The customer's phone number is invalid.
  • Cannot contact customer using the phone number provided.
  • Late payment or error in payment process.
  • Unforeseen circumstances that prevent order delivery, for example natural disasters or abnormal weather, etc.
